We delved deep into their processes, streamlining and optimizing them. Our envisioned system promised faster workflows, backed by detailed screen mockups and walkthroughs. Previously, generating reports involved tedious manual work. Information was transcribed from paper to Microsoft Word and then emailed to clients.
We revolutionized the process with our iPad app—empowering surveyors to seamlessly enter data even without internet access. Once connected, the app syncs with the central server, instantly generating structured reports.
We introduced the system gradually alongside the organisation's existing processes. Despite some initial duplication of work, this approach proved invaluable, allowing us to fine-tune the new processes.
Our solution was a resounding success, and the client has since expanded the system to cover all their services.
